Refunds
All bookings and charges made through Global Travels LLC are non-refundable. While we may advise on refund requests, approval and processing times are not guaranteed. Should an airline offer a full refund, Global Travels LLC will impose a $35.00 service fee per ticket for processing.
Credit Card Payments
Charges for ticket costs and additional fees may appear separately on your credit card statement under the airline's name, one of their consolidators, or Global Travels LLC (globaltravelsonline.com). We accept most credit cards issued in the USA, subject to varying acceptance policies based on airline, fare type, and other factors. Third-party credit cards are not accepted. You may also use Mastercard or Visa debit cards, provided your daily balance or limit is sufficient for the transaction.
Credit Card Disputes / Chargebacks
By using our website, you agree not to dispute any charges authorized through it. If you do not receive your E-tickets or purchased products within 24 hours, please contact Global Travels LLC immediately. Initiating a dispute or chargeback for valid charges may result in you being liable for all associated fees, including chargeback processing fees, airline charges, and legal costs.
Legal Disputes
All legal claims must be filed in a court located in Middlesex County, State of Massachusetts, USA.
Credit Card Decline
If your credit card declines during the transaction, we will attempt to notify you within 4 business days via phone and/or email. Travel product purchases cannot be processed until payment is successful, and fare and booking details may not be guaranteed due to delays caused by declined credit cards.
Booking Fees for Online Purchases
Global Travels LLC incorporates service fees into the quoted fare, which remain confidential.
Fare Changes / Reservation Cancellation
In rare cases, fares may change between booking and ticket issuance. If fares increase, we will contact you to confirm your preference to proceed or cancel. Unfortunately, fare decreases do not qualify for refunds. Similarly, in rare instances, reservations may be canceled post-booking but before ticket issuance; we will communicate available options with you promptly.
Ticket Delivery
Most tickets sold are E-tickets. If ordering a paper ticket, it will be delivered via FedEx.
Site Usage and Purchasing of Tickets
By using our website, you accept financial responsibility for all transactions and guarantee the accuracy of information provided. You confirm legal age and authority to agree to our terms. You are responsible for bookings made by individuals under your supervision and must ensure all reservations are legitimate. The Warsaw Convention may apply to trips involving destinations beyond your departure country, governing liability limits for carriers.
Name Changes
Global Travels LLC does not permit changes to passenger names after booking.
Termination
Global Travels LLC reserves the right to terminate access to our website, in whole or in part, without liability and at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason.
